Medical Syringe Air Leakage Tester
WY-003 Medical Syringe Air Leakage Tester is suitable for testing the tightness of syringe body. It is one of the important means to identify medical syringes.

Test principle
The syringe shall be inhaled with water of no less than 25% of the nominal capacity, the cone head shall be upward, and the piston shall be drawn back to make the reference line coincide with the nominal capacity line. Then, it shall be placed on the syringe holder, and the pipe on the negative pressure output of the tester shall be firmly installed on the syringe cone head. The tester shall be connected to the power supply, and the power switch shall be turned on. After the digital meter of negative pressure display is stable, then press the start button to test The tester will automatically suck air. When the negative pressure display number is expressed to -88KPa, the tester will automatically stop pumping air, and start to maintain for 60s. During this period, observe visually that there is no bubble in the contact part between the jacket and the piston (the negative pressure display number should not exceed the original display value of 0.5kpa), and the piston and the core rod should not be separated.
