After long-term unremitting efforts, our company has finally developed a device for testing the puncture force of medical injection needle tip (wy-001 medical needle puncture force tester), which is specially used to test the puncture force of medical injection needle tip.

The instrument is composed of intelligent controller, force measuring mechanism, distance measuring mechanism and printer. The intelligent controller is composed of CPU, main board, LCD, keyboard and power supply.

1. Detection principle

The sample is clamped between the two collets of the fixture, and the two collets make relative movement. 4. Test progress

(1) First of all, the needle to be tested and the skin to be imitated should be placed at 22 ℃ ± 2 ℃ for at least 24 hours and tested at the same temperature to ensure the sex of the data.

(2) Cut the imitation skin of appropriate size and clamp it on the fixture of the experimental machine in advance, without any obvious tension or compression force applied on the imitation skin;

(3) The tested needle is installed on the instrument, its axis is perpendicular to the appearance of the imitation skin, and the needle tip points to the center of the circular puncture area.

(4) Set the parameters, in which the test speed of the instrument is 100 mm / min.

(5) Click the experiment, during the process of the instrument real-time display of the force value changes in the process of puncture, and automatically record the large peak force measured. After the experiment, the instrument will print out the test results automatically.

5. Test results

Comparing the measured force value with the required value, when the large peak value of the puncture force tester is less than the specified value, it is concluded that the puncture force of the tested needle meets the requirements.
