VOC-01 Annular Primary Adhesive Tester

According to the FINAT and national standard "GBT 31125-2014 Test method for  initial adhesion of adhesive tape" loop” tack measurement, the Loop Tack Tester is developed and designed. It is widely used in the determination of the initial adhesion of adhesive products such as self-adhesive and pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

Stepless speed could be adjustable from  1mm/min to 500mm/min.

Testing principle

According to the GB / t31125 / 2014 standard, after the annular sample and the standard float glass test plate are completely contacted at a constant speed of 300 mm / min, the instrument automatically reverses the annular sample and the test plate at a constant speed of 300 mm / min to completely separate, resulting in the maximum force, which is the annular initial adhesion of the tested sample.
