CZY-G Primary Adhesion Tester
CZY-G The primary adhesion tester is designed and manufactured according to the latest GB/T4852. It is suitable for verifying the adhesion of pressure sensitive adhesive tape, self-adhesive label, protective film, medical patch and other related products to skin surface, as well as the adhesive strength of various medical adhesive tapes (also known as adhesive bandage) contacted with body surface or wound surface.

Testing principle
The initial viscosity of the samples were measured by the adhesion of the adhesive tape to the steel balls when the contact between the steel balls and the viscous surfaces of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape samples occurred at a short time under a small pressure. A steel ball is rolled over the sticky surface of the adhesive tape which is laid flat on the inclined plate. The initial stickiness of the steel ball is evaluated according to the maximum size of the sticky surface of the specified length.
