The WY-016 Medical Kneading Force Tester is a specialized precision instrument independently developed by Jinan Vieleader Instruments Co., Ltd. for testing the mechanical properties of medical forceps including surgical forceps, tissue forceps and dressing forceps. Strictly designed in accordance with national medical device industry standards such as YY/T 0686-2017 Medical Forceps and YY/T 0295.1 Medical Forceps - General Technical Conditions, it accurately quantifies core indicators of forceps from opening to closing, such as kneading force, force uniformity and elastic recovery force. It provides reliable data support for R&D, production quality control, factory inspection and drug supervision sampling of medical forceps, ensuring stable clamping, comfortable hand feel and safe operation in clinical use.
The instrument adopts an intelligent control system consisting of a PLC programmable controller and a 7-inch industrial capacitive touch screen, combined with high-precision force sensors and precision transmission mechanisms, realizing full-process automatic testing, real-time data collection and curve display, which completely eliminates manual operation errors.
